alcohol and sugar tolerance for fermenting up to 18% ABV.

20g per 25l Fermentation

Ideal for fruit fermentation’s or sugar only washes

For sugar washes nutrient must be added to help those little guys out.

This yeast is also known as champagne yeast and is used quite often to revive
stuck fermentation’s.
