Dry Gin Recipe

This recipe makes a 750ml bottle of delicious dry gin at 43% ABV



  • Start by crushing the botanicals and adding them to your neutral spirit.
  • Allow the mixture to soak overnight
  • Place the solution into a small pot still and begin distillation process
  • Collect and disgard the first 40ml
  • Make heads, hearts and tails cuts
  • Blend cuts to prefererred taste
  • Allow gin to settle for atleast 24 hours
  • Dilute gin down to 43% with distilled or RO water
  • Tip: If your gin is cloudy put it in fridge overnight and then filter though a coffee filter to remove excess oils
  • Bottle your gin and enjoy!
