Sloe Gin Recipe

Sloe gin is a sweet, bright red liqueur.



  • Add sloe berries, sugar and gin to a 2L glass jar and shake well
  • Store jar in a cool, dark place and shake the jar once a day for the first 7 days
  • Allow the mix to mature for atleast 3 months
  • Strain mixture using a muslin cloth and decant into a clean glass container
  • The sloe gin is now ready to drink, however it will continue to mature in flavour over time should you wish to drink it at a later stage.
  • Enjoy neat or with a mixer.
